Resolve common issues with event capture, platform delivery, and container status.

Events not appearing
- Confirm the tracking script is installed with the correct
license_keyon all pages. - Check that your container status is Active — not Inactive or Expired.
- Verify you have not exceeded your monthly request limit.
- Open the Events tab and check for recent entries.
- Disable ad blockers during testing — they may block tracking requests locally.
Facebook not receiving events
- Verify Facebook Pixel ID and Conversion API Access Token are saved in Settings → Facebook CAPI tab.
- Regenerate the access token in Meta Events Manager if it has expired.
- Check Logs tab → filter Facebook for failed deliveries and HTTP error codes.
- Use Meta Test Events to confirm server events arrive.
Container shows Inactive or Expired
- Inactive — your plan change may be awaiting admin approval. Contact support if it stays inactive.
- Expired — renew from the Subscription tab → Renew plan.
- Quota exceeded — upgrade your plan to continue tracking.
Custom domain not verifying
- Confirm the CNAME or TXT record is added correctly at your DNS provider.
- Wait a few minutes for DNS propagation before clicking Verify.
- For TXT records, ensure the exact verification code from the dashboard is used.
