Troubleshooting

Resolve common issues with event capture, platform delivery, and container status.

5 min read5 sections

Events not appearing

  1. Confirm the tracking script is installed with the correct license_key on all pages.
  2. Check that your container status is Active — not Inactive or Expired.
  3. Verify you have not exceeded your monthly request limit.
  4. Open the Events tab and check for recent entries.
  5. Disable ad blockers during testing — they may block tracking requests locally.

Facebook not receiving events

  1. Verify Facebook Pixel ID and Conversion API Access Token are saved in Settings → Facebook CAPI tab.
  2. Regenerate the access token in Meta Events Manager if it has expired.
  3. Check Logs tab → filter Facebook for failed deliveries and HTTP error codes.
  4. Use Meta Test Events to confirm server events arrive.

Container shows Inactive or Expired

  • Inactive — your plan change may be awaiting admin approval. Contact support if it stays inactive.
  • Expired — renew from the Subscription tab → Renew plan.
  • Quota exceeded — upgrade your plan to continue tracking.

Custom domain not verifying

  1. Confirm the CNAME or TXT record is added correctly at your DNS provider.
  2. Wait a few minutes for DNS propagation before clicking Verify.
  3. For TXT records, ensure the exact verification code from the dashboard is used.
  4. Follow the Steps to Connect guide in the domain panel.
