sContainer Setup
Install the tracking script, set up a custom domain, and configure your container from the Settings tab.
Open container settings
From sContainer, click the Settings icon on your container row. This opens /server-container/[id]/manage with these tabs:
- Settings — script, domains, integrations
- Analytics — event and delivery charts
- Subscription — plan, usage, and renewal
- Events — browse captured events
- Logs — platform delivery logs
- Reports — monthly, yearly, domain, browser, and event breakdowns
- Monitoring — live feed and tracking health
Install the tracking script
In the Settings tab, find your Authorization Key (license key) and the Install Script snippet:
<script src="https://app.gettracked.io/cdn.js?license_key=YOUR_LICENSE_KEY"></script>
Click Copy Script and paste the snippet before </head> on every page of your website, including checkout and thank-you pages.
Each container has a unique license key. Do not share it publicly.
Custom domain setup
Under Custom Domain Setup, click Add New Domain:
- Enter your domain (e.g.
track.yourdomain.com). - Choose record type: CNAME or TXT.
- Add the DNS record at your domain provider (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, etc.).
- For TXT records, copy the verification code shown in the dashboard.
- Click Verify. Once verified, the domain cannot be edited.
Follow the Steps to Connect guide shown below the domain list in the dashboard.
Container status and usage
The container header shows your current status and usage:
- Active — subscription is running and within request limit
- Inactive — awaiting admin approval or not yet activated
- Expired — subscription period has ended
Usage is shown as requests used / limit for the current billing cycle. If you exceed your limit, upgrade your plan from the Subscription tab.
Verify events are firing
After installing the script, trigger a page view or conversion on your site. Then open the Events tab — captured events appear with name, URL, browser, domain, country, and full payload details.
Check the Logs tab (with a date range selected) to confirm delivery to Facebook, GA4, or TikTok.
